Terms and Conditions
Cancel fees:
1. 4 and more days before check-in - first night's fee
2. 72 to 24 hours before check-in - 50% of the total price
3. non-stay or cancellation on the day of arrival - 100% of the total price
4. 14 and more days before check-in - 0% cancellation fees
For groups (from 10 people), individual cancellation fees may apply Dates and reservations - motocross, New Year and group bookings can be booked by paying the entire payment or by appointment by deposit. In the case of cancellation is the possibility of a refund after booking and payment by a new client. If this does not happen the reservation is canceled without the possibility of a refund. However, the client can use another term of accommodation at the QUEST penzion.
